What should be noted when receiving the goods?: After receiving the product, it is necessary to immediately check whether the packaging is intact and whether the ice packs/dry ice are still in an effective state.
Confirm that the quantity of the product matches the order.
Store it promptly according to the preservation conditions specified for the product (usually -20°C).
If any damage to the packaging, abnormal temperature, or missing product is found, take photos immediately after signing for the delivery and contact the customer service for handling.

Did the enzyme solution freeze during transportation, and will this affect its activity?: During the transportation of dry ice, the enzyme solution may freeze. This usually does not affect the activity. After testing, the enzyme still maintains 100% activity after three freeze-thaw cycles. However, to avoid the repeated freeze-thaw cycles affecting the long-term stability, it is still recommended to package and store the product as per the instructions after receiving it.

How is the product transported? Are there any temperature requirements?: The product is a biologically active reagent and is sensitive to temperature. The following transportation methods are usually adopted:

Dry ice transportation: Some products need to be stored at -70 to -15℃ and are transported using dry ice.

Ice pack/wet ice transportation: Some products have been approved for transportation on wet ice or ice packs.
