High connection efficiency: Without DNA ligase, it reduces the probability of self-ligation of the vector. For single fragments, the connection positive rate is > 95%.

This product can meet the seamless cloning requirements in most scenarios. For multi-segment cases, it can achieve seamless cloning for up to 4 segments with a total length of 4000bp. For longer segments or larger numbers of seamless clones, it is recommended to use the enhanced seamless cloning kit.
How to determine the usage amounts of the carrier and the inserted fragment?
In each reaction system, the molar ratio of the carrier to each inserted fragment should be approximately between 1:2.5 and 1:3, and the total amount should be ≤ 200 ng.
