Cat.No.:D24011A
Price: ¥1000
Specifications:
The DNA extraction kit is a convenient, rapid and efficient reagent set for extracting genomic DNA from animal cells or tissues, plant samples, bacteria and yeast. This product is based on the multi-component separation principle of the lysis solution and achieves effective separation of the target DNA from the sample matrix through step-by-step operations. The extracted products after washing have removed potential inhibitors and can be directly applied to subsequent experiments such as PCR.
Operation is convenient: The steps are clear and the operation is simple;
Product quality is high: The extracted DNA products have high purity and no protein contamination. They can be directly applied to PCR, genomic methylation modification, high-throughput sequencing and other experiments that have high requirements for DNA quality.
Widely applicable: It is suitable for animal cells or tissues, plants, bacteria and yeast. Both large samples and small samples can be processed.

This product is suitable for extracting genomic DNA from animal cells or tissues obtained through cultivation, as well as from plants, bacteria and yeast.
The concentration of the extracted DNA product is relatively low. How can we solve this problem?
During the operation, please ensure that the bacterial cells are completely lysed. For certain yeasts and bacteria, if the lysis is not thorough enough, a homogenizer can be used for homogenization to ensure complete lysis.
The extracted DNA product has an A260/280 ratio greater than 2.0.
An A260/A280 ratio greater than 2.0 usually indicates the presence of RNA contamination. Please ensure that the operation is carried out strictly in accordance with the instructions. If necessary, RNase A can be used.
Is RNase A required?
It is usually not necessary to add it. If you need to prepare highly pure total DNA without RNA, you can also prepare RNase A yourself.
