RNase A should be stored at -20℃. After being added to Buffer I, it needs to be stored at 4℃. The other components should be stored at room temperature in the dark. Transport should be done at ≤0℃.
This product is suitable for the rapid extraction of small amounts of highly pure plasmid DNA from Escherichia coli.
Does the kit component include an endotoxin remover?
This kit does not contain endotoxin removal agents. The plasmids extracted can be directly used for cell transfection.
The extracted DNA product has an A260/280 ratio greater than 2.0.
An A260/A280 ratio greater than 2.0 usually indicates the presence of RNA contamination. Please ensure that the RNase A in the kit is properly stored at 4℃ after being added to Buffer I.
There are white flaky substances in Buffer II. Will this affect its usage?
The white flocculent substance in Buffer II is the result of SDS precipitating at low temperatures. Before use, please place it in a water bath at 37℃ and shake it well until the flocculent substance is completely dissolved.
