Blood Direct PCR Master Mix (2×) is a dedicated pre-mix reagent specifically designed to overcome the PCR inhibition barriers in whole blood samples. The complex inhibitors such as heme commonly present in the whole blood matrix often cause the conventional amplification to be blocked. This product innovatively introduces a directionally evolved high-tolerance DNA polymerase and a specially formulated buffer system, which can effectively resist the interference of inhibitors.
Whole blood direct amplification: 1-5 μL of whole blood (containing anticoagulant) can be directly used without DNA extraction;
High inhibitor tolerance: Excellent tolerance to common blood components such as heme, EDTA, heparin, and sodium citrate;
High sensitivity: Can stably detect the target from very small blood samples;
Anticoagulant compatibility: Compatible with common anticoagulation samples such as EDTA, heparin, and sodium citrate.

If the sample lysis mixture is improperly stored or stored for too long, the DNA genome has degraded. The lysis mixture can be stored at 2-8℃ for 5 days. It is recommended to use freshly prepared lysis mixture for PCR.
