The agarose gel recovery/DNA product purification kit is a reagent set that can recover DNA from agarose gels and PCR products. This product uses an improved solubilizing solution and buffer system. Under specific conditions, DNA binds to the adsorption column, and the DNA can be eluted by changing the conditions. The obtained products have no primer residues, proteins, and polymerase contaminants, and can be directly applied to PCR, sequencing, seamless cloning and other experiments.
High recovery efficiency: For 100bp - 10kbp target DNA, the recovery rate can reach 65 - 90%.

This product can be directly used for the recovery of DNA from PCR products. Mix it with the solution and follow the same procedures as for gel recovery.
Recycling a 10kb fragment results in a relatively low concentration of the product.
Although this product is suitable for DNA fragments ranging from 100 bp to 10,000 bp, fragments that are either too small or too large will result in a decrease in recovery efficiency.
